Abandoned Theme Parks
I would want to go to the abandoned Six Flags, New Orleans. Not only was the amusement park visually interesting, but it has such a history. It was flooded when Hurricane Katrina hit, and is slowly sinking into the swamp. In addition, the park features miniatures of the real New Orleans, so you can visually see the effect the flood had on the town.

Five unusual places that would be cool to photograph:
- mines
- ghost towns
- old abandoned homes
- swamps
- deep in the jungle

I think it would be very interesting to document a ghost town because of the eerie history and mood of the place. It would be fun to be creative with the photos to try and capture a spooky feel with my photos. I would probably take black and white pictures to capture the seriousness of the ghost town.
This ghost town is located in California, so I would need to drive or fly out there. As far as equipment I would need a camera and a few lenses, as well as my clothes and things. Expenses would include either an air fare or gas money, and the cost of staying in a hotel. The law says that only pictures are allowed, and that you could be arrested for altering the ghost town or vandalizing it.
